The refurbishment of a classic Bob Leather 1990s community build playground involved careful auditing and repair of the existing structure and carefully selected paints to extend the life of the wood. New orange turrets were created, and a new maze built that reused pickets with the names of those involved in the original construction. The project included a masterplan that enlarged the playground to a wider area, incorporating nature play, nets, mound slide, and long-term shade tree planting.
