221 Kerr Street is a multi residential development that reuses the existing buildings perimeter to create a new thriving landscape in
its centre. The architecture maximises the size of the central courtyard allowing an intensive roof garden to grow. The deep soils in the centre are able to support trees and the multi purpose seating decks allow inhabitation of the space. Residents have access to breezeways that surround the courtyard and can view the garden at every vantage point, including the neighbours to the north.
